活動： 康文署舉辦的「全民運動日」

「張建宗和一眾嘉賓首先觀賞「快閃舞」表演，以及為親子律動與彩虹傘遊戲主持拋波禮。他們隨後參觀室內划艇、 毛巾健體操、輪椅劍擊、地壺球同樂活動，並觀看「全民運動日2017」主題舞「全民簡易舞」的示範;之後與小學 生一同參與室內草地滾球活動。 」
